Safety is one of our five core values and, as such, is a top priority at Gerken. So, we employ a dedicated safety team and company-wide incentive program to ensure our employees remain current with our industry’s best practices. We also provide ongoing training—in the field and the classroom.
Training is critical to keeping safety at the forefront of everyone’s mind. It increases awareness of the importance of staying committed to safety every day. It also allows us to thank workers for supporting safety while recognizing their efforts to keep each other injury-free.
