The Gerken Companies takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and efficient logistics, all made possible by our dedicated team of dispatchers in the ready-mix dispatch office. With over 100 years of collective experience, our dispatchers are the backbone of our concrete operations, deploying a fleet of 60 ready-mix trucks across more than 2,500 square miles of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Dispatchers at Kuhlman Corporation do more than take ready-mix orders; they manage the logistics that fulfill customer needs. They juggle driver schedules, optimize delivery routes, and maintain open lines of communication with both customers and drivers.

Our Dispatch Team
Kevin Tresso
As a Dispatch Manager, Kevin values the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues. “We stick together through the tough times and celebrate together when victorious,” he says. When he isn’t coordinating deliveries, you might find Kevin seeking thrills, reveling in his love for rollercoasters with his kids, or engaging in adrenaline-packed adventures like skydiving and NASCAR racing.
Jordan Scuralli
For Jordan, the strength of our team and the quality of our product stand out. Despite being naturally shy, he finds fulfillment in the collaborative spirit of dispatch. His quiet confidence is a testament to how passion for quality service can transcend personal boundaries.
Dan Lysaght
Dan thrives on the excitement of multitasking, problem-solving, and networking. “Keeping my mind alert by multitasking and getting my sales fix is what drives me,” says Dan. His adventurous spirit dates back to his youth, when he took an epic 19-day road trip from Ohio to Mexico in a 1965 station wagon. That sense of adventure shines through in his work, where he constantly navigates the intricacies of logistics.
Ron Mundy
With a focus on teamwork and customer interaction, Ron emphasizes how the dispatch office operates like a well-oiled machine. “Our daily interactions with each other and the customers are very professional and fun,” he remarks. Oftentimes, his colleagues might be surprised to learn about his past as a Music Pastor, complete with a memorable mullet haircut in the early ’90s.
Trisha Ross
Trisha feels proud to support customers in their business endeavors, providing excellent service and high-quality products. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her horse and caring for her flock of twenty-one chickens. Gardening and nurturing flowers also bring her joy, representing a connection to nature that balances the high-paced world of dispatch.
