Hannah Montana
Employee Relations and Training & Development Manager
Hannah fosters a positive work environment and addresses team members’ concerns or needs. She handles HR policies and compliance issues and works on initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. She also supports professional growth and oversees training programs, career development plans, and continuous learning opportunities that help employees advance skills and careers. Hannah is the primary contact for all policy and procedure questions, union contract inquiries, training and professional development, and recognition efforts.

Mary Mikesell
Compensation and Benefits Manager
Mary manages our compensation strategies, benefits programs, and overall employee rewards to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with our company goals. Mary is the primary contact for compensation and benefit-related inquiries (i.e., medical, dental, vision, life, disability, YMCA), layoffs or unemployment, job descriptions, and leaves of absence.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Hanna focuses on attracting and hiring top talent to help us achieve our business objectives. She streamlines our recruitment processes and works closely with managers to identify and onboard the right candidates. HR Specialist
In addition to coordinating employee events, Renee ensures that administrative and day-to-day operational tasks run smoothly and efficiently. She is also responsible for onboarding new hires and conducting new hire orientation.
