She handles HR policies and compliance issues and works on initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. She also supports professional growth and oversees training programs, career development plans, and continuous learning opportunities that help employees advance skills and careers. Hannah is the primary contact for all policy and procedure questions, union contract inquiries, training and professional development, and recognition efforts.

Compensation and Benefits Manager

Mary manages our compensation strategies, benefits programs, and overall employee rewards to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with our company goals.
