Game 8
The Fremont Ross Little Giants delivered an impressive performance on October 9, 2026, as they defeated the Springfield Blue Devils with a decisive score of 56–14. Senior quarterback Braylen Garza showcased his skills by accounting for five total touchdowns during the game. Additionally, Kevin Jones made headlines with two remarkable interception returns for touchdowns. The Little Giants demonstrated their dominance not just on the scoreboard, but also in controlling the game, as evidenced by their significant advantage in time of possession, with 32 minutes and 54 seconds compared to the Blue Devils’ 16 minutes and 48 seconds. The victory solidifies the team’s undefeated status in the Northern Lakes League (NLL) Cardinal Division.
In recognition of their outstanding performance, the Little Giants were awarded the “Rock-Solid Performance of the Week” by Black Swamp Football, an honor sponsored by The Gerken Companies. The accolade reflects not only the players’ skill but also the team’s cohesive effort and determination on the field.
