Constructor for a Day 2024
Gerken attended the third annual Toledo Chapter of the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA) “Rich DiGeronimo Constructor for a Day” program at the Maumee Elks Lodge #1850 on April 18. Students from area schools toured construction job sites and attended a Career Fair. Ben Brooks of IUOE Local 18 and Melanie Kitchen of OCA were among the presenters. The event helps strengthen ties between area contractors and the future construction workers they hope to recruit.
