Gerken Materials Locations Receive Safety Recognitions
Three Michigan facilities acknowledged for zero lost-work-days stretches.
The United States Department of Labor’s Mine Safety and Health Administration has awarded three Gerken Materials, Inc. locations its Certificate of Achievement in Safety for 2022.
The annual certificates recognize mine operators who have not experienced a work injury resulting in serious injury, days away from work, or days of restricted work activity and who have a No Days Lost (NDL) injury incidence rate equal to or less than the national incidence rate.
